Check out the action from Monday night’s spring training game at Fletcher Field. In our first game outside this year, the PF Flyers struggled with the bat early. But, Couch found his way to first which led to a breaking of the ice (so to speak) and a little more action from Kalamazoo’s newest wiffle ball team.

Notable highlights include a home run by our fearless leader and some pretty mean pitching from Martin, Liberty and Couch.

Notable two: Liberty actually almost smacked a second home run. Instead of running to first which is generally the custom, our fearless leader decided that stopping for a spot of  tea would be in order. He was then thrown out and properly harassed by his fellow teammates.

Notable three: Several errors by Captain, including a mysterious hole between his legs, resulted in many exciting plays… albeit for the opposing team.
